Privacy policy

What we store

• Account: your email, name, and optional company and phone number; your saved creative defaults; your email preference.
• Your work: chats with EeseBot, projects, characters, uploads, and the images, videos, audio and text you generate.
• Credits and payments: your credit balance and history, and each payment's amount, date, plan and Razorpay reference. We don't store card or bank details.
• Technical records: generation jobs and their status, and error reports you send us, used to run and fix the service.

Who processes it

• Supabase (database and sign-in) and Railway (servers) run the service.
• Cloudflare R2 stores uploads and generated media.
• AI providers (fal, Replicate, OpenRouter, Google Gemini and others shown when you pick a model) receive the prompts and uploads needed for each generation you ask for.
• Razorpay processes payments and monthly plans.
• Resend sends account emails (receipts, plan changes, account notices).

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Emails

We email you receipts, plan changes and account notices; these are part of the service. Product news is sent only if you agree to it in Settings.

Get a copy of your data

In Settings, choose Export my data to download your profile, credit history, payments, chats, projects and generation records as one JSON file. Media files can be downloaded from your Library.

Delete your account

• In Settings, choose Delete my account. Your account closes immediately and any monthly plan is cancelled.
• Within 30 days we delete your chats, projects, characters, uploads, generated media and profile details. Until then you can email us to stop it.
• We keep payment and credit records, without your name or email, because Indian tax and accounting law requires financial records to be kept.
• Your sign-in may be shared with other services run on the same account system; deleting your eese.ai account removes your eese.ai data, not that shared sign-in.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Access to your data is limited to your account and to our staff when they need it to support you or run the service.
