Terms of service

Your account

• You need an account to create anything. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, tries to get around payments, or harms other people or the service.

Credits and prices

• You pay for generations with credits. Top-ups add 60 credits for every Rs 100 paid.
• Plans add more credits per rupee, never more than 70 credits per Rs 100. Current plans: Starter: Rs 300 for 189 credits; Creator: Rs 600 for 390 credits; Pro: Rs 2,000 for 1,340 credits; Studio: Rs 8,000 for 5,520 credits; Agency: Rs 20,000 for 14,000 credits.
• Each generation shows its price in credits before it runs. The price follows the AI provider's price for the model and settings you pick.
• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account is open.

Monthly plans and cancelling

• A monthly plan charges the plan price once a month through Razorpay and adds the plan's credits after each successful payment.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings. You won't be charged again; the month you already paid for stays active until its end date. Credits already added stay in your account.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. If it still fails, the plan ends and no credits are added for that month.

Refunds

• If a generation fails or produces no output, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits spent on a generation that did produce an output are not refunded, including when you don't like the result.
• Money paid for credits or plans is not refunded once the credits are added, except where the law requires it or where we charged you in error. If you were charged but got no credits, email support@eese.ai with your payment reference and we will add the credits or refund the payment.

What you create

• You own the prompts, uploads and results you create, as far as the law and the AI providers' own terms allow. You can use your results commercially.
• You give us permission to store and process your uploads and results only to run the service for you (for example to generate, show and deliver them).
• AI results can be wrong, similar to other people's work, or unexpected. Check them before you publish or rely on them.

What you must not do

• Upload or create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or defames real people, or content that copies someone else's work without permission.
• Use someone's face or voice without their permission, or create content meant to deceive people about who said or did something.
• Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or payments.

Closing your account

You can delete your account in Settings. It closes immediately, any monthly plan is cancelled, and unused credits are lost. Your content is deleted within 30 days, as described in the Privacy policy.

The service

• We rely on outside AI providers. Models, prices and features can change or become unavailable; prices shown before a generation are the ones you pay for it.
• We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
• We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
